Viral post about foreign student rushing train security debunked as possible AI misinformation.
Recently, a post circulating on social media claimed that a foreign exchange student attempted to force their way through security at Nanjing Railway Station and threw a warning sign after being stopped.
However, after verification by relevant authorities, no such incident occurred. Security procedures at the station have been operating normally, with all passengers, including foreign nationals, complying with regulations and undergoing checks in an orderly manner. There have been no reports of altercations or physical confrontations involving foreign individuals at security checkpoints.
The alleged incident is suspected to be AI-generated misinformation. The Nanjing Cyberspace Administration has reminded the public to refrain from creating, believing, or spreading unverified rumors, urging everyone to work together to maintain a healthy and clear online environment.
