Job description
1. Responsible for daily customer complaints in product launch areas, and answer user questions through FB or email; 2. Pay close attention to Facebook and other user communities and forums, collect and organize users feedback; 3. Record product online problems and feedback from users; assist operators in solving online problems; 4. Organize and translate the information; 5. Operation activities, product localization, and proofread of advertising copy content;
Requirements
1. Good written and oral expression in Indonesian, Indonesian major is preferred; 2. Love Indonesian culture, familiar with Indonesian culture and history, Indonesian or Indonesian study experience is preferred; 3, love games, comics, novels, like to communicate with users, understand user psychology and habits; 4.
