Chinese Food Recipe: Sweet and Sour Tofu

Sweet and sour tofu

Ingredient

Lo dufu

Firm tofu 

 1 big piece

Xio cng

Shallot 

a few

Bi zhma

White sesame

1 teaspoon

Zho sho zh

Teriyaki sauce

2 tablespoons

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

 Bi ci( To prepare the dish)

0.5 chfng zh(kichen paper towel)


Prepare the dish: 

Cut the tofu into 0.5 cm thick slices, use the kitchen paper towel to dry the surface, chop the shallot for later.

Frying: Heat the oil until around 200, place the tofu piece by piece in the pan , pan fry over the low heat until lightly golden in both sides.  Put them aside to dry the extra oil.

 Tiowi Seasoning2+1++


Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of Teriyaki sauce + 1 tablespoon of vinegar + starch + water, stir and mix to get the sauce

 Shng shi (Coloring)


Coloring: Heat some oil in the pan, add the tofu, then put in the sauce, simmer the sauce . Add the sesame and the chopped shallot before serving.
