To date, InterChina has closed over 230 cross-border M&A transactions, averaging ten deals per year in the $50–500 million range, ranking among the top three advisors in China's mid-range market.
At this event, Mr. Eduardo Morcillo, Managing Partner of InterChina, will share insights into the overseas expansion strategies of Chinese companies. He will explore various pathways for international investment, including mergers and acquisitions, direct investment, and strategic partnerships with multinational corporations. Eduardo will also outline key risks and critical considerations throughout the global expansion process, illustrated with real-world case studies.

Mr. Eduardo Morcillo is the Managing Partner of InterChina, with over 25 years of experience in both domestic and cross-border M&A projects in China. He serves on several boards of directors across China and the APAC region, is a member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization), and serves as an adjunct professor in the MBA executive education programmes at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and IE Business School. Previously, Eduardo worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Madrid and Sinclair Roche & Temperley in London.
