Day 1: Welcome to Guilin
Make your way to Guilin Airport or the railway station. When you arrive, our local guide will welcome you. You will then head to the Reed Flute Caves, where glowing lights bring the stalagmites and stalactites to life. After your visit, you will be taken to your hotel for a comfortable one-night stay.
Day 2: Enjoy Li River Cruise
Enjoy a peaceful cruise along the Li River as you make your way to the lovely town of Yangshuo. Every turn of the river brings a new view, with tall karst peaks rising gently over fields of green. You may spot water buffalo grazing and local fishermen at work along the banks. After the cruise, check in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your own pace, relaxing and enjoying the calm surroundings.
Day 3: Relax in Yangshuo
Yangshuo rests in a beautiful countryside with green rice fields and tall limestone peaks all around. Spend a gentle morning exploring these peaceful landscapes with your local guide. In the afternoon, enjoy some free time to relax or discover more at your own pace. You can stroll through the local markets, try a bamboo rafting experience, or rent a bicycle for a quiet ride through the village paths.
Day 4: Goodbye Guilin
Return back to Guilin and then transfer to Guilin airport or railway station.
If you have more days to enjoy, we recommend adding a visit to the Longsheng Rice Terraces. It is a peaceful place with beautiful terrace views and it will make your journey even more special.

Get to Guilin: You can reach it by train or plane. The city has three main train stations: Guilin Railway Station, Guilin West Railway Station, and Guilin North Railway Station. If you prefer to fly, head to Guilin Liangjiang International Airport.
Best Time: April to October offers pleasant weather. Typhoons can occur June-October, however sometimes creating amazing cloud seas.
Duration: We suggest at least 4 days to see both Guilin and Yangshuo. If time allows, you may add day trips to places like the Longji Rice Terraces.
Get to Yangshuo from Guilin: Usually, it takes about 1.5 hours to get to Yangshuo from Guilin via car.
Must-Try: Guilin Rice Noodles, Beer Fish, Lipu Taro Braised Pork, Stuffed Snails, Sweet Osmanthus Cake, and Gongcheng Oil Tea.
Wear: Layers, comfortable shoes, and bring a compact umbrella for sudden rain.
