will be eligible for visa-free entry into China. This policy covers travel for business, tourism, family visits, cultural exchanges, and transit for up to 30 days.

Lin reiterated China's commitment to high-level openness and pledged more initiatives to enhance travel convenience for foreign nationals. "We welcome more international friends to visit China, explore its diversity, and experience its vibrancy," Lin stated.

In a related development, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs also confirmed that a bilateral visa exemption agreement between China and Uzbekistan will take effect on June 1, 2025. According to the agreement, holders of valid Chinese public affairs, ordinary public, and ordinary passports, as well as Uzbek citizens with ordinary passports, can enter, exit, or transit each other's countries visa-free for single stays of up to 30 days, not exceeding 90 days in total within any 180-day period.
