Shenzhen introduces long-term housing options for foreign youth.
To further facilitate the living arrangements of young entrepreneurs and employees from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Youth Innovation and Entrepreneur Hub (hereinafter referred to as "Hub"), the Hong Kong Youth Station has officially launched long-term housing services in addition to its existing short-term and transitional housing services. This new offering will provide young people with stable, long-term accommodation in Shenzhen.
They must be residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, or foreign nationals. They must be employed by an entrepreneurial team, incubation platform, or partner organization that has already settled in the Hub Park, with a valid agreement in place. They must have signed a valid employment contract with their team/organization, which is still in effect. They must not own any form of private property in Shenzhen. They must not have received any housing subsidy or rental assistance from Shenzhen city or any of its districts (including the Qianhai Cooperation Zone).
Qianhai Hong Kong Youth Station Long-Term Housing Application Form. Accommodation Commitment Letter. Copies of identification documents for the applicant and cohabitants, such as Hong Kong Identity Card, Home Return Permit, or passport. A copy of the valid lease agreement or incubation agreement between the applicant's employer and the incubation platform. A copy of the applicant's valid employment contract and recent social security proof, or written proof of being a shareholder of the team/organization in Hub.
Service Fee: 100 RMB per square meter per month. Property Management Fee: 10 RMB per square meter per month. Water Fee: 5.58 RMB per cubic meter. Electricity Fee: 1.26 RMB per kWh. Internet Fee: 100 RMB per room per month. Deposit: Two months' service fee.
