Foreign Tourist Fined 1.5k for Staying Beyond Visa's Authorized Area
On February 7th, the Beijing Border Control Station at Beijing Airport uncovered a case of illegal stay involving a foreign traveler. While conducting routine duties, immigration officers identified that the individual had been staying beyond the limit specified by their visa, thus violating Chinese immigration laws.

In accordance with Article 78, Paragraph 1 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the individual was fined RMB 1,500 as an administrative penalty for the violation.
