Jakarta-bound passengers on a TransNusa flight faced unexpected trouble when they arrived—while 108 travelers landed safely, their checked luggage remained in Guangzhou.
On February 10, a passenger on a TransNusa flight from Guangzhou to Jakarta shared a video online, claiming that upon arrival, he and 107 other passengers were informed that their checked luggage had been left behind in Guangzhou.
Two days later, on February 12, a customer service representative from TransNusa told reporters that the delayed luggage had arrived in Jakarta at approximately 8 a.m. local time on February 11. As for compensation, passengers were advised to contact the airline's headquarters directly.
