Streaming has made listening to music easier than ever. But anyone who still loves CDs knows there is something different about choosing an album, taking it off the shelf, opening the case, and putting the disc into a player.
The music starts before you even press Play.
And yet, while there are endless CDs worth collecting, it is surprisingly difficult to find CD storage that you would actually want to keep in your living space.
So—
we made our own.
But what took us the most time was not simply making it look good.
It was getting two things right.
Good-looking CD storage is easy to find.
Storage that truly works? Not so much.
First: Press.
Every slot has its own independent push-to-eject mechanism.
Press lightly.
The CD slides forward.
Take it out.
Play it.
PRESS → POP → PLAY.
No digging through stacks.No pulling out an entire row just to find one album.
Then came the second challenge.
Not every CD case is the same thickness.
Anyone who has collected CDs for a while knows this.
Some cases are slim.
Some are standard.
Some hold two discs.
Even two double-disc cases can vary significantly in thickness.
So we did not want to make a product where a standard jewel case fits perfectly—and everything else becomes a problem.

We don't want to just tell you, “It should work.”
We'd rather put them in and show you.
Of course, we did not want it to look like a warehouse either.
Once we had the functionality right, there was another question:
Would we actually want to keep it in our living space?
That is why we chose solid wood: African teak (Milicia sp.).
Natural grain is left visible, while the joinery remains part of the design rather than something to hide.
We wanted it to feel at home beside your speakers, in your study, in your living room, or in your own listening corner.
Because after organizing your collection, you should not have to hide the organizer itself.
