Summer has arrived, and our
Chinese Camp is buzzing with energy!
In one month, we've already completed two camp terms — with our second group celebrating graduation today. Time really flies when you're having fun ☀️
From Beijing and Shanghai to Suzhou and Hangzhou, our campuses have welcomed teenagers from every corner of the world. Different languages, different cultures, one shared goal: to experience China through the Chinese language.
Learning
Beyond the Classroom
Each camp term lasts two weeks, with students attending Chinese classes every weekday.
But learning doesn't stop when class ends.
Every afternoon becomes another chance to put Chinese into action — ordering food, chatting with classmates, asking questions during activities, and discovering just how much they can communicate in real-life situations.
Little by little, speaking Chinese becomes second nature.
Creativity
Takes Shape 🏺
One activity that always steals the spotlight is our pottery workshop.
From delicate teacups to colourful plates, every piece tells a different story. Many students decorated their creations with pandas, dragons, mountains, bamboo, Chinese characters, or traditional blue-and-white porcelain patterns.

Everyone introduced their artwork in Chinese, proudly sharing what they had made and the inspiration behind it ✨
Discovering
Chinese Culture
Every day brings something new to explore.
Students learned to make delicious dumplings, tasted a wide variety of Chinese dishes, experienced the elegance of a traditional tea ceremony, dressed up in beautiful hanfu, and visited museums to discover China's rich history and culture.
Our Shanghai campers also enjoyed a memorable field trip to Suzhou, exploring one of China's most charming cities together.
Friends, Laughter,
and Birthday Surprises
The memories aren't just made in class or during activities.
There were birthday celebrations with surprise cakes, plenty of laughter during games, new friendships formed across continents, and countless moments that turned classmates into lifelong friends.
These are often the moments everyone remembers most.
Growing
Beyond Language
Chinese isn't the only thing our campers develop during these 2 weeks.
Through our Camp Internship Program, 3 students stepped into the role of camp leaders, learning what it takes to support a team behind the scenes.
After attending a special orientation at the hotel on the very first day, they worked closely with our teachers throughout the camp—helping organise daily activities, guiding fellow campers, and making sure everything ran smoothly.
It was a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills while taking on real responsibility.
To celebrate their hard work and dedication, each Camp Intern received a special certificate and a gift at the graduation ceremony. Congratulations on a job well done!

Every camp term is filled with new challenges, unforgettable experiences, and incredible personal growth.
We're so proud of every student for stepping outside their comfort zone, speaking Chinese with confidence, and embracing every adventure with open minds and big smiles.
