About The Event
China's economy is often described as "slowing" — but slowing from what, and toward what?
This lecture examines how China's growth equation is being reshaped: from investment-led expansion to demand rebalancing, from scale to productivity, and from uncertainty to confidence.
As China prepares to launch its 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), these shifts will play an increasingly important role in shaping the next phase of the country's growth model.
Using macro data and policy signals, the lecture offers a disciplined yet forward-looking framework for understanding both the constraints China faces and the strategic space that remains for businesses and decision-makers.
