According to the Shenzhen Airport Police Station, the travelers reported that they had placed their mobile phone and passports on an airport luggage trolley before entering a shop for a brief stop. When they returned, the items were missing.

The two travelers were visibly anxious and requested help in locating their belongings, as the loss of passports would have directly affected their ability to continue their journey.

Police officers gathered detailed information about the circumstances of the loss and immediately initiated a search. After reviewing the situation, they determined that the phone and passports had been inadvertently left behind in the customs security inspection area.

The airport police promptly contacted customs officers to coordinate the retrieval process. With the cooperation of customs staff, the missing phone and passports were successfully recovered and returned to the two British travelers. The entire process, from the initial report to the return of the items, was completed within one hour.

After receiving their belongings, the two travelers repeatedly expressed their thanks to the officers at the Shenzhen Airport Police Station and sincerely praised the efficiency and service quality of the Shenzhen public security authorities.

Airport authorities remind passengers to take extra care of important personal belongings such as passports and mobile phones. In the event of lost items, travelers are advised to promptly seek assistance from the airport police station or relevant airport staff to ensure timely support.
