The footage was initially published in April by the toddler's mother, who lives in Beijing, before being shared by a domestic camera producer on Instagram, as reported by the Shenzhen-based news portal Dute News.

What sets this clip apart from many others showcasing children's daily activities is its unique angle, achieved with a mini-sized action camera attached to the brim of the girl's hat.

Many viewers refer to this perspective as a mosquito's-eye view since the child's eyes occupy a significant portion of the screen.

In the viral clip, the girl, nicknamed Mengmeng, runs and plays in a park, occasionally indulging in snacks. She tears up after tumbling on the steps, but brightens when her parents embrace and comfort her.

Since being shared on Instagram by the camera manufacturer Yingshi, headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, the video has amassed 360 million views, received over 41 million likes, and attracted 210,000 comments, according to the report.

"This has to be the cutest video on Earth," praised one online viewer.

Another commented: "It makes me aspire to be a father."

The girl's mother, who goes by the surname Li, expressed her surprise at the video's overwhelming popularity.

"I believe it has touched many hearts because it captures the genuine and charming moments of the child as she runs, cries, and smiles. Her innocent nature evokes nostalgia for people's own childhood memories," Li shared with the media.

"We do not pursue these opportunities. Right now, we just want her to eat well and sleep well," said the mother.

"A child grows up quickly. I will continue to record and share more videos of my daughter," Li added.

On a prominent domestic short video platform, the girl's video has been liked by 660,000 users, with nearly 30,000 people leaving affectionate comments.
