Rounding out the Shankang Li foodie weekend is Homeslice Kitchen, with a bash that both launches Joey Cheong's Pork Pad Krapao Pizza and sees the return of Homeslice's beloved Thai Fried Chicken.

There will also be drinks specials and funky rhythms from Thailand's Northeast.

Pork Pad Krapao is the Guest Chef Pizza by Joey Cheong of Noodle Uncle, and has flavorful pork mince and crunchy green beans, cooked with basil, chili and garlic.

Beaten egg goes on top of a white garlic base, and the whole thing is finished with fresh Thai basil.

Pleasantly spicy, fragrant and unmistakably Thai—don't miss it!
