Shanghai American School has been ranked the number one international high school in China by Forbes China in its 2025 International School Rankings.
With a score of 98, SAS topped all international high schools nationwide. The rankings evaluated schools using 40 indicators across academics, teaching quality, innovation, and student development.
SAS's elementary and middle school divisions were also recognized for their excellence, demonstrating strength across all grade levels.

2025 Wellington Shanghai Outstanding IB Achievements
Wellington Shanghai's 2025 graduates excelled with an average IB score of 37.4, surpassing the global average of 30.6.
Some 33% of pupils achieved an IB score of 40 or above, with an impressive 20% (one in five) scoring over 42—a powerful testament to their academic excellence.
Two pupils achieved a perfect score of 45, placing them in the top 1% worldwide.
The IB fosters resilient, globally-minded learners, and Wellington Shanghai pupils rise to the challenge with dedication.

While the majority of IGCSE subjects at Britannica International School are taught using the Cambridge syllabi, they also offer Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Spanish, and Art through the Pearson Edexcel syllabi.
With the release of these final set of results, Britannica is delighted to share that their students have achieved exceptional results this year!
This year's cohort represents the largest IGCSE group in the school's history, and their outstanding performance has set a new benchmark, surpassing all previous IGCSE results.

Concordia 'Ignite' the School
Year Ahead
Concordia officially opened the 2025-2026 school year with a joyful first day of school.
Students, parents, and teachers were welcomed at the gate by the High School Student Council, who planned a spirited welcome to start the day.
Students connected with their new teachers and classmates, as they settled into their learning routines.
The celebration continued with an all-school assembly, where the Word of the Year—Ignite—was introduced, inspiring the community to embrace the year ahead with energy, curiosity, and a passion for growth.
Dulwich Pudong Set New IGCSE Results Record
Dulwich Pudong couldn't be prouder of its incoming Year 12 students, who set a new College record with their exceptional IGCSE examination results, released last week.
An unprecedented 86% of all grades awarded were A*-A (or the equivalent), with with 44% of all candidates earning straight A*s or As (or the equivalent).
Overall, every single student passed—a 100% success rate.
The IGCSE, taken by students aged 14 to 16, is a rigorous two-year program that builds the skills and knowledge needed for future academic success and is a qualification recognised by academic institutions and employers worldwide.
For the students, these outstanding results are the perfect launchpad as they step up to the challenges of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme this year.
BISS Celebrates Outstanding IB Average Score of 35.2
BISS is proud to celebrate its students' achievement of an outstanding 35.2 average score in the 2025 International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (compared with the global average of 30.5).
Some 18% of students scored over 40 points, helping Nord Anglia Education surpass the global average for the twelfth consecutive year.
Congratulations to all those students moving on to their dream university destinations.
NAIS Pudong New Student
Orientation Day
On August 15, NAIS Pudong opened its doors for New Student Orientation Day, a special event to welcome new families into the school community.
The morning began in the library, where new families from around the world met each other and began forming friendships before enjoying a warm welcome from the Director. They then visited classrooms to meet teachers and discuss the year ahead.
The day ended with friendly conversations with the Senior Leadership Team and the Parent Association.
It was a joyful start to the school year as the NAIS Pudong family grew even stronger.
