Free from Jun 28! LV's Only "Giant Ship" Docks in Downtown Shanghai
In a dazzling fusion of luxury and architecture, downtown Shanghai just received a stunning new landmark: Louis Vuitton's globally exclusive "The Louis."
Anchored at the heart of Shanghai's vibrant Wujiang Road area, adjacent to the iconic HKRI Taikoo Hui, this massive cruise-ship-like structure was unveiled after months of construction.
From June 28, the installation — LV's largest exhibition structure worldwide — opens its doors to the public, free of charge.
Clad in LV's signature monogram, the vessel features design elements inspired by the brand's legendary trunks, including mock leather textures and gold rivets. At night, red and blue lights cast a glamorous glow, drawing crowds and cameras from all around.
What's inside this "luxury liner"? Visitors will find three key experiences:
The Louis Vuitton Store: A curated boutique showcasing men's and women's collections, accessories, and travel essentials.
Le Café Louis Vuitton: A chic café on the third floor with bar seating and cozy corners to enjoy coffee and light meals — all within a marine-themed ambiance.
"Visionary Journeys" Exhibition: Spanning two levels and 1,200 square meters, the exhibit celebrates the brand's heritage, creativity, and innovation.
Visitors can also relax on an open-air terrace that echoes the breezy charm of seaside escapes.
💡 Entry is Free with Reservation
Open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, starting June 28.
Reservations are available now via the "My LV" WeChat mini program.
For a limited sneak peek, the venue also offers exclusive preview activities like late-night screenings, sunrise Tai Chi sessions, and chef-led masterclasses through June 27.
Whether you're a fashion lover or an architecture aficionado, "The Louis" is set to be Shanghai's must-see cultural hotspot of the season.
