Relocation Notice of This Exit-Entry Reception Hall in Shanghai

To further enhance the service environment for exit-entry management in Huangpu District and improve the service quality of the public security exit-entry reception window, the Exit-Entry Reception Hall of the Huangpu Public Security Bureau will be relocated from 701 Mengzi Road to 7th Floor, Jin Waitan International Plaza, 100 Zhongshan South Road (中山南路100号金外滩国际广场7楼). The details are as follows:

I. Relocation Schedule

The relocation process is currently underway.

The original service location at 701 Mengzi Road will remain operational until Saturday, May 10, at 17:00. It will cease operations from Monday, May 12.

The new reception hall at 7th Floor, Jin Waitan International Plaza, 100 Zhongshan South Road will officially open to the public starting at 9:00 on Tuesday, May 13.

II. Working Hours at New Address

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

III. Transportation to New Location

Subway: Line 9, Xiaonanmen Station (小南门路站)

Bus Routes: 11, 24, 55, 64, 715, 866

IV. Friendly Reminder

Citizens who have already made appointments at the former location (701 Mengzi Road) can proceed to the new address on their scheduled date by presenting their appointment confirmation.
