In the crowded amusement park, children are running around excitedly while parents follow behind, trying to keep up. Amidst the noise and excitement, one small boy stood alone, his golden hair making him stand out in the crowd. He was lost and couldn't find his parents.
A man walking by noticed the boy. Feeling concerned, he approached the boy and pulled him into his arms. But as he spoke to the boy, he realized that the child didn't understand what he was saying. Unable to communicate in the same language, the man simply asked, "Are you ok?" in English, but the boy didn't react.
Not knowing what else to do, the man offered the boy some bread and a bottle of milk. The boy, likely hungry and scared after being separated from his parents for a while, immediately grabbed the milk and bread.
The man waited with the boy for a long time, but the child's parents didn't show up. Eventually, the man decided to contact the police. Thankfully, the boy was soon reunited with his family.
This heartwarming moment was shared online, and netizens couldn't help but laugh at the first thing the man did when he found the boy: offering him food. In China, it seems that the first thing you do when you find a lost child (or even an animal) is offer them food.
Many netizens praised the man's kind gesture, commenting how heartwarming it was to see someone care for a lost child. However, some others reminded everyone that foreigners may be more sensitive to certain foods, so it's better not to offer food without knowing their allergies. Another comment cautioned, "Parents, please keep an eye on your children, especially in busy places like amusement parks!"
