Province to Offer 5-Year Multiple-Entry Visa with 180-Day Stay

  Ningxia introduces a new visa policy offering foreign business professionals a 5-year multiple-entry visa with up to 180 days of stay.

  Starting February 10, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is offering a special visa service to facilitate short-term visits by foreign business professionals to China. This initiative aims to bolster international business exchanges and strengthen Ningxia's foreign trade and economic cooperation.

• Eligibility  

  The service targets foreign business professionals who frequently engage in business and trade activities in Ningxia and contribute significantly to the region's international economic collaboration. This includes their spouses and children. Inviting entities encompass a wide range of market players, including state-owned enterprises, private companies, and foreign-invested enterprises.

• Policy Measures  

  Eligible foreign business professionals can apply for a five-year multiple-entry visa with a single stay duration of up to 180 days at Chinese embassies or consulates abroad, provided they hold a Special Visa Invitation Letter.

• Application Process  

1. Market entities must identify their needs under the special visa facilitation policy and submit applications to their local foreign affairs departments.  
2. The Foreign Affairs Office of the Ningxia Regional Committee will review and consolidate the applications, issuing the Special Visa Invitation Letter for eligible individuals.  
3. Foreign business professionals, along with their spouses and children, can apply for the visa at Chinese embassies or consulates within three months of receiving the invitation letter.

• Important Notes  

1. Inviting entities are restricted to applying for visas only for individuals directly involved in business activities in Ningxia. The service cannot be extended to those visiting for non-business purposes.  
2. The issuance of the Special Visa Invitation Letter is free of charge.
