We would like to invite you to
our 5th session of Chinese Culture Workshop
this Thursday night which will be about
Chinese Paper-cuts
Chinese Paper-cuts
are handicrafts made by
cutting paper with scissors
to form different patterns,
symbolizing good luck and avoidance of evil.
Usually we paste them
on walls, windows, doors and ceilings
to celebrate festivals or ceremonies.
Date: December 19th at 6.30pm
Venue: 2nd floor of the bookshop, next to the residence building no.14 in High Street
