According to Nanning police, since December 10, Nanning has taken the lead in implementing the system of publicly posting info of foreign teachers on the wall. This refers to, all kindergartens and educational training institutions that employ foreign teachers must publicize their information in an eye-catching place. Since then, local media workers have visited 16 training institutions, eight of which claim to employ foreign teachers, and in the end, only two schools publicized the information according to the regulations.

School A: Claimed to Have foreign Teachers, But No Information Posted

At about 3PM on December 12, an assistant teacher of a training school located in Dongge Road said that they provided English classes taught by foreign teachers, and the teachers were from the United States, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. In addition, it was interactive teaching based on original American textbooks.

However, when the news staff asked why there was no public info of the foreign teachers, the assistant teacher replied that it was impossible for foreigners to come to teach at will. If the news staff insisted checking the foreign teachers certificates, they shall contact the principal.

School B: Claimed to be New Employee After Knowingly Being Interviewed

At about 5PM on December 13, an employee of a training institution located in Yuanhu Road, told reporters, "He is an English teacher from the United States," pointing to a foreign man who was chatting with students in the hall. However, after learning the reporters intention, the employee immediately said that she was a new and was not clear about other information.

School C: Employee, Im new here!

On December 14, a worker of a training institution in Fenghuangling Road said that they had six branches in Nanning, and foreign teachers were from European and American countries. But after learning it was an interview, the worker immediately said, "I'm a new employee. Our school was just redecorated this September, and not everything has been completed."
