Money Stolen By a Simple Scan
According to the victim's (Zheng) evidence, Feng scammed him twice in July 2019, both of which happened in person. At about 2PM on July 24th, Feng met with Zheng in a KFC, and was supposed to help him apply for a credit card. While using Zheng's phone for the application, he silently tapped on his Alipay transfer page and stole 19,800 Yuan, which was transferred to his Gambling account. He did this by secretly scanning Zheng's face.
Around 10AM on July 26th, in a McDonald's, another 5000 Yuan was taken from Zhengs Alipay account, by Feng in the same manner. When Zheng found out, he reported it to the police.
That night at about 9PM, Feng was arrested and brought to justice by the public security organ. In the end of the case, with the help of his family, Feng returned 25,000 Yuan and earned Zheng's forgiveness.
