Position: Foreigner Talent Recruiting Leader Core Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle recruiting including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and onboarding process. Develop recruiting plan to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools to fulfill vacancies efficiently. Play an important role in company annual campus recruiting activities. Become a knowledgeable brand advocate for both our product and culture. Support management and employees to influence their thinking and acting patterns improve business performance. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business managers and HR Team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. Requirements
Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree or above Minimum 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience for experienced hiring, prior experience driving and coordinating campus recruitment activities will be highly advantageous. Ability to work in a high volume fast-paced recruitment environment and cope well with pressure. Fluent in English both written and speaking. Good team player, fast learner, proactive, positive and passionate.
