Country Manager

The role


Our partner company is an Israeli company that provides standards of medical training and education to China's health professionals. They believe that the way to achieve this is by bringing Israeli and international standards of care to the Chinese professionals, via knowledge transfer, collaborations and cooperation with senior health experts and leading institutions worldwide. They strive to make China a recognized global leader in healthcare services.


To promote their operations in China, they are looking for Country Manager (Beijing).


Job descriptions


  • Oversee the operations of the company in China

  • Develop new projects and reach out to new regions and customers in the medical field

  • Prepare budgets and ensure profitability of new projects

  • Strategic planning - using research to develop brand strategies and implement them

  • Managing the leads of potential clients in China and close deals

  • Running training and infrastructure projects in China

Job requirements


  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills

  • A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Presentation, analytical and planning skills

  • Management, customer service and leadership skills

  • Executive MBA or MBA Tsinghua University/ Peking University- preference

  • At least 2 Years' experience in Marketing / Sales/ Management / Administration

  • Excellent networking skills

  • Regional expertise - Deep understanding of Chinas politics to enforce laws and regulations

  • MS Office applications Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Fluent Chinese and English

  • Flexibility to travel within China

  • Medical knowledge or experience in the medical field
