Since 2010, Xibo has elevated Xinjiang cuisine in Shanghai with its fresh ingredients, fragrant spices, and gracious service, celebrating the vibrant Tungusic Sibe culture.

Marking their milestone 15th year, Xibo invites you to an unforgettable evening of food, drinks, live music, dance performances, and DJs.

The party unfolds across two stages: a culinary journey from 5pm to 9pm, followed by a vibrant after-party with drinks and music until midnight.


The celebration features an incredible collaborative menu. Xibo will serve their legendary classics like roasted whole lamb and savory lamb skewers.

They are joined by an all-star lineup of guest chefs—including Carlos Sotomayor of High YakiMichael Wendling of CuivreSimon Sunwoo of Kosoo, and Sean Bai of Cilan—who will add their unique flavors with special creations.

To elevate the experience, guest bartenders David Munoz of Crimson Pangolin and Chase Williams of The Rooster will be shaking up exclusive, limited-edition cocktails.

The night will be brought to life with live music, dance performances, and a DJ spinning tunes to keep the energy high.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the 'Exotic' dress code and immerse themselves in a night of great vibes.


Early bird tickets are available for RMB208 (50 tickets) and RMB228 (100 tickets), with door tickets at RMB258... if there are any left—but don't count on it!
