Learn from Industry Professionals!
HART STUDIO (Human in Art) is a warm and vibrant creative home in the heart of Shanghai. Founded in 2020, HART brings together theatre, film, art, and education — uniting artists, dreamers, and curious minds from all over the world.
HART MUSSION is simple yet powerful: to make art and creativity accessible to everyone.
HART believes that every person has a story to tell and talent to share — all they need is a safe space to express it.
Our Story
What started as a small volunteer club creating joy for friends and families has grown into a professional creative community that now produces large-scale shows, art festivals, and educational projects.
Since 2022, HART has hosted annual Family Festivals, international children's talent shows, and the Russian Culture Festival dedicated to the great poet Alexander Pushkin — blending theatre, art markets, and cultural exchange in one celebration.
In 2023, the "Acting Studio" for children and adults opened its doors. Adults Lab debut performance, "All is Paid" (2024), received enthusiastic praise from Shanghai audiences for its depth, humour, and emotional power.
Students of the "HART Filmmaking Lab" have already created four short films — "Riftwater", "When Winter Calls", "Dare to Dance" and "Young Diviner" (2025).
The studio also has produced its own Russian-Chinese independent film "I SEA", bringing together talented filmmakers and actors from both countries. The Film is being prepared for international film festivals and red carpets!
In 2025, HART's family theatrical show "Dragon and Crystals of Happiness" toured 15 cities across China, delighting children and parents alike.
Now, the team is preparing for a truly cosmic new project — "Supernova. Scriabin", an immersive music-and-light performance inspired by the visionary colour theories of famous Russian composer Alexander Scriabin.
The premiere is set for January 31, 2026, and promises to be an unforgettable experience combining live piano, dance, and interactive visual technology.
