Feeling the short-form content fatigue?
In July and August, let's take a break from short, bite-sized content and dive into deeper experiences to improve our brains' sustained focus. I'd like to invite you to watch a hit TV show "Baby Reindeer" (Content suitable for 18+ audience.
I recommend checking out the trailerm or preview before watching.) and read the wonderful book " Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience" (or "Flow: The Classical Work on How to Achieve Happiness") by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi - These two books likely have the same content, just with different marketing titles and/or publishers. You can pick either version to read.We'll reflect on the related themes in our discussion sessions together this September and October.
