Customer relationship management - Optimize app-user relationship of core users and KOLs, Spokesman of the app and company. - Establish and maintain gaming communities, optimize groups tune and engagement - Supervise customer service and all contact points 2. Social media branding management and Core user acquisition - create & manage posts and contents - SEO & promotion of accounts on all social media - Increase the trading volume generated by social media 3.Assist product optimization - Product localization, e.g. Optimize user experience, MKT research and BD - Effectively collecting marketing information & user feedback and providing suggestions for product operation and optimization
Requirements
