On April 9, according to the local media, Hangzhou metro line 16 will be put into use soon. 
Hangzhou metro line 16 has a total length of 35.12 kilometers, starting from Yuhang Lvting Road Station in the East and reaching Lin'an Jiuzhou Street Station in the West. There are 12 stations in between, including 8 underground stations. The design speed of the subway is 120 kilometers per hour, and the one-way travel time is only 37 minutes and 50 seconds, which makes it the fastest mero of Hangzhou. The line will enable people travel to Lin'an from Yuhang within 38 minutes. 


The opening time of the line 16 is expected to be announced in soon.

On April 9th, Hangzhou SUNTIANDY group, an investment operator of The Land of Fantasy (Cirque du Soleil X), confirmed that the show in Hangzhou will not be affected by the situation of Canada's Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group as they have independent management and operation rights. Meanwhile, the group revealed that under the premise of doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, the show will be back on stage soon.

Four new domestically transmitted cases reported


Chinese health authority said Friday that it received reports of 42 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland Thursday, of which 38 were imported.

 

Four new domestically transmitted cases were reported, with three in Guangdong Province and one in Heilongjiang Province, the National Health Commission said in a daily report.
