Job description
Responsibility: A - Operations 1. Review accounting reports and other productions, 2. Conduct debriefs with the clients and follow up on actions to be taken, 3. Support Team on foreign client enquiries, 4. Make/validate quotations together with the managers/seniors, 5. Take care of P&L for the whole team, 6. Conduct regular and annual evaluation of the operational staff to review performances (incl. salary and bonus proposals), B - R&D 1. Improve and update SOPs - work processes for routine activities to increase efficiency and quality, 2. Research best-in-class solutions to support the firms activity and development (software, processes), 3. Support on development of business, 4. Assist in the development of a new activity: finance control for SMEs, 5. Optimize the Firms ERP software for self-use and usage with clients, 6. Develop excel tools to help team efficiency in their day to day work. C - ERP & Data Analytics (DA) 1. Financial set up of Odoo for the clients, 2. Adapt dashboards upon clients needs, 3. Perform QC on usage of the solution, 4. Perform DA on ERP for KPI, 5. Develop fraud prevention procedure through DA, D - Management 1. Manage daily work for S.J.Grand Team, 2. Weekly reports to on progress, finance situation and management.
Requirements
Requirement (must): 1. More than 10 yearswork experience in finance area, 2. Native French, fluent in English, 3. Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines, 4. Able to communicate on technical issues with non-technical international clients, 5. Good social skills and proactive team player able to bring ideas, Also good to have: 6. Proficiency in ERP & business intelligence software, 7. IFRS, US GAAP certifications, 8. Forensic experience.
