Chinese New Year Menu

From January 18 through February 29, Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghais signature Cantonese restaurant Suntime Century will be serving up dishes from their Chinese New Year la carte menu during lunch and dinner.


Digging deep into traditional Chinese culinary culture, but taking advantage of the finest ingredients from around the world, Chef Zhang and his team have created an auspicious new menu utilizing classic techniques and decades of experience. Delicacies such as stewed abalone and goose web with black moss, sea cucumber and mushroom in abalone sauce, braised E-Fu noodles with Canadian lobster, and Prosperity Poon Choi are sure to impress this holiday season.
