According to the report of China Meteorological Administration, the strongest cold air since October is moving from west to East, which will affect most parts of China on November 14th. This will cause strong winds and the temperature to drop, as well as even strong rain or snow.
The cold air, followed by strong rain and snow in Xinjiang during Double 11 moved downwards to the south and caused the temperature to drop in the Middle East of China. This weather will be in effect from 8 o'clock on November 14th to 8 o'clock on November 15th, the lowest temperature in China will drop to - 12 to - 16 in some areas of Heilongjiang and Jilin. The temperature in most areas of Northeast China will be below 0 .
It is worth noticing that there will be a big temperature drop in Beijing and Tianjin too. On November 12th, the highest temperatures of the two cities are about 20 , but on November 14th, they will only be about 8 .
In the north of the Yangtze River, there will be 4-6 level winds and 7-8 level gusts. In the middle and west of Inner Mongolia, the north of Ningxia, the north of Shaanxi and other places, there will be possible sandstorms.
On November 15th, the lowest temperature in Shanghai, Hangzhou and some other southern cities will drop to about 8 - 12 . The temperature in Shenzhen will also fall below 20 .
