Pet hotels have become increasingly popular among furry friend owners, and one such hotel made the news recently after a couple in Guangdong province accidentally left their son Zhao Xiaopi behind during the National Day holiday, to the anger of one particular netizen.
Despite telling hotel staff that their cat hadnt been neutered, their lack of knowledge and professionalism failed to maintain the situation that was about to unfold.
