Sourcing Assistant Needed in Shanghai!



Position:


Sourcing Assistant


We are looking for young candidate to join our team in Shanghai office.

Responsibility:

  • Contact supplier/factory from quote price, arrange sample, etc.

  • Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet our quality requirements.

  • Arrange quality control and shipping arrangements. Follow up orders with supplier.

  • Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development.

  • Filling documents.

  • The idea is to follow every shipment to make sure every shipment shipped on time also able to work with deadlines.


Requirements:


  • Currently live in Shanghai.

  • Chinese or Indonesian.

  • Female

  • Bachelor degree (with min. 2 years job experience) or Master degree

  • Fluent in Chinese and English

  • Willing to work independently and under pressure

  • Good computer skills

  • Hard working and fast learner

  • Working visa provided (if passed probation)

  • Ready to work asap
