Job description
1. Understanding the brand strategy and regional market planning. Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies. 2. Familiarize yourself with the brand, complete the regional brand activities, promote the brand and products with professionalism and personal charm. 3. Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows. Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department. 4. Cooperate with the sales department to introduce and recommend products, maintain the brand image. 5. Maintain the relationships with VIP consumers, as a strong contributor for the sustainable development of the brand. 6. Analyze and identify competitor activities on the trade to build and deploy Global Brand training programmes. 7. Evening and weekend coverage on occasion sometimes.
Requirements
1. A native British speaker who is able to work legally in Shanghai, professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a must. 2. Hospitality or related field. High potential interns are acceptable. 3. Good professional image, positive attitude,sociable and outgoing personality. 4. Professionalism and strong self-management. 5. Strong execution,organization and coordination skills and independent thinking. Skills1. Demonstrated public-speaking, presentation and writing skills. 2. Certain knowledge base of alcohol (Distilled spirits). 3. Microsoft PPT and Excel skills. 4. Ability to travel and work independently.
