This summer, Jade on 36 Restaurant and Bar at Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai presents an exquisite culinary and cocktail journey, offering a Michelin-standard French feast and a starlit cocktail series, delivering an immersive summer dining experience for Shanghai's gourmands.

As the summer sun gilds the Bund, Jade on 36 Restaurant unveils a symphony of seasonal flavorsvibrant, artful dishes like Porcini. Sea Urchin & Caviar Tartelettepromising a delightful escape into French culinary romance. 


The Sea Urchin & Caviar Tartelette pairs the sweetness of sea urchin with the savory richness of caviar, blended into a creamy white wine and butter sauce, served in a crisp tart shell. A touch of sour cream balances the richness, while sweet peas add freshness, creating a harmonious and lingering taste. 


Another highlight is the slow-cooked Australian Veal Shank, marinated with sea salt and herbs, then precisely cooked at 83°C for 24 hours until it reaches a melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. The marrow-infused beef jus is paired with crispy golden potato croquettes, offering a delightful contrast of textures.
