Visa-free travel between China and Samoa will begin on April 2, 2025.
As per the agreement between the two governments, citizens with valid diplomatic, official, or ordinary passports from both countries can enter, exit, or transit without a visa.
They may stay for up to 30 days per visit and a total of 90 days within any 180-day period. However, those planning to stay beyond these limits or engage in work, study, settlement, or journalism must obtain the appropriate visa in advance.
