Users calling the 12367 hotline can select their preferred language service from the voice navigation menu. For those choosing Russian, Japanese, or Korean, the platform will immediately establish a three-way voice call involving the user, a translator, and the operator. This service will offer a streamlined response system—"one call to answer, immediate processing, and one-stop service"—further enhancing convenience for foreign nationals in China seeking immigration and border services.
