11 Students,Pedestrians Injured as Car Rams Crowd Outside School

  On the morning of November 19, a car-ramming incident occurred outside Yong'an Primary School in Dingcheng District, Changde, Hunan Province. 

  Eyewitnesses reported that a white SUV suddenly and without apparent cause drove into a crowd of students and parents near the school gate, injuring several people. According to hospital staff, 11 people were injured in the incident. The driver was apprehended on the spot by police and bystanders and is currently under investigation.
