  To further improve the communication experience of expatriates after arrival in Shanghai, China Telecom Shanghai Branch, under the guidance of Shanghai Municipal Foreign Affairs Office and Shanghai Communications Administration, has released an instructional video on applying for short-term China Telecom SIM cards. These cards, available with 7, 15, or 30-day validity periods, cater to the needs of expatriates during short stays, enabling them to make calls, access the Internet, and use apps for transportation, food delivery, and more.
