According to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of the West Coast New Area in Qingdao, Shandong Province, Hisense Group's Mexico factory conducted an independent evaluation of enterprise skilled talents, and 7 foreign employees successfully obtained vocational skill level certificates such as electronic equipment debugging worker and household electronic product maintenance worker.

This marks the first time a self-assessment enterprise in Shandong Province has recognized the vocational skill levels of foreign employees at an overseas factory. It is a beneficial exploration of applying domestic skill talent evaluation standards to skill certification work in Mexico, contributing to promoting China's skill talent evaluation standards as global standards.

To ensure the smooth implementation of the first vocational skill level recognition for Hisense Group's foreign employees, the New Area's Human Resources and Social Security Bureau delved into the company's headquarters. They developed an evaluation implementation plan suitable for foreign employees, optimized the skill talent evaluation process, and assisted Hisense Group in establishing an evaluation question bank for foreign employees based on the actual production and operation conditions of the Mexico factory and the individual conditions of the foreign employees. As a result, seven foreign employees passed the vocational skill level recognition and obtained certificates. Depending on their skill levels, they can enjoy monthly skill subsidies ranging from 300 to 2,000 yuan.
