When and How Can Training Schools Reopen in Hangzhou?
On March 24, Hangzhou Education Bureau issued a plan for the resumption of off-campus training institutions, stipulating the resumption time, and requirements on epidemic prevention and institutional management.
When Will the Training Activities Resume?
In addition, resumption of work does not mean resumption of offline classes, so online working is recommended.
Requirements on Epidemic Prevention and Control
Before resuming activities, training institutions shall organize ALL employees and trainees to fill in a health declaration form.
The training institutions shall be disinfected in an all-round way and be equipped with sufficient protective equipment, including masks, disinfectants and infrared thermometers; a "temporary isolation" plan is required too.
Training institutions should implement a closed-loop management system where ALL people (including security and cleaning personnel) in and out must show their Green Codes and accept temperature screening.
Requirements on Organizational Management
Training institutions shall arrange sessions and classes in a staggered manner to avoid gathering of students or parents; they shall establish an absence follow-up system to grasp the health status of all employees and students who are absent.
In the case where fever or other suspected symptoms are spotted, the school shall immediately initiate an emergency response and reported to the local health and disease control department.
