Marketing Assistant duties and responsibilities Assist in producing, editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media Create and execute lead generation programs Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for company brands Monitor analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas Create engaging blog and social media content Assist in the general distribution of press releases and media alerts Provide support to our marketing team at live and online events
Requirements
Marketing Assistant qualifications and skills Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field 2+ years experience working in marketing or advertising Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem solving skills Strong communication and organizational skills Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Excellent oral and written communication skills In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Google+ Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other image editing tools
