Before welcoming the new year, let's review some important things that happened at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in the past year.

Highlights & Achievements
Striking the international rankings, each program ranked among the top schools globally in 2019, including a consecutive 1st place in the FT Asia-Pacific Business School rankings.
Adhering to its mission of 'Do first-class scholarship; Shape first-class talents; Enable first-class endeavors,' ACEM has achieved many honors in teaching achievements. Many students have also won awards in international and national competitions.
There have also been stable developments in industry research. In just a year after its establishment, the Institute of Industry Research has established 25 teams and published in-depth reports on AI+ research, senior care, new energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICVs).
Colorful program activities have also taken place, among them the 17th China MBA Entrepreneurship Competition, version 5.0 of the EMBA curriculum and the 3rd Chorus Invitational Competition for International Business Schools held by EE, just to name a few.
ACEM has also made contributions to society with its expertise, having released ACEM Think Tank to the media, and keeping the community informed with the latest viewpoints and research results from its professors.

Rooted in China with a Global Outlook
ACEM is excited to begin preparing for the establishment of the Shenzhen Institute of Industry Research and ACEM Shenzhen Center.
Within the Asia-Pacific region, ACEM also unveiled SJTU-APGI in Singapore and established the ACEM Asia-Pacific Center.
In 2019, ACEM also successfully obtained AMBA and EQUIS reaccreditation.
Meanwhile, global summer programs, MIB and IMBA programs have attracted students from all over the world to seek knowledge and experience the charm of Shanghai and the school's Xuhui campus.

A New Look for the Future
Over the past year, activities have deepened the extensive contacts among alumni, and the ACEM Alumnis Home has provided a warm place for alumni to look back upon their study days together.
ACEM has continuously introduced top talents to build its research capacity, aiming to Be firmly rooted in the management practice in China; Promote social and economic development; Improve economic and management theory.
Looking back on 2019, ACEM has been courageous to make explorations and has taken a promising step. Their vision is to become A world-class business school firmly rooted in China. Meanwhile, their strategy is to build Two types of scholarship, horizontal (academic) and vertical (industry), reinforcing each other and connecting theory with practice.'
New vision, new mission, new principle and new strategy represent the future development direction of ACEM. They are looking forward to working together to create new achievements in 2020!
