Head to Bitter and learn all about Cocchi Vermouth with Robert Brava, owner of Cocchi and president of the Vermouth di Torino Association. The folks at Stone Brewing have done it again by pairing their richest, roasted obsidian-hued stouts, porters and more with cheese. Sure we expect these hop-heads to highlight IPAS, but they are exploring the darker side with a flight of four dark beers (five-ounce pours). So, dive even deeper into the Black Friday spirit by adding The Cheeserys melt-to-order original Swiss raclette to anything on the Stone Menu. Burgers, steaks, tacos... skys the limit.
