AMAZING SPORTS CARNIVAL
If youre looking for an opportunity to do something fun this weekend, The Amazing Sports Carnival is exactly what you are searching for!
The Expatriate Center (TEC), along with the Shanghai Changning Sports Bureau, Hongqiao Sub District Party Work Committee and Hongqiao Foreign Talent Service Center, has something exciting planned this Saturday October 26 from 8am to 3pm.

Then youre in luck! The Amazing Sports Carnival is a combination of all three, except theres no running, just walking. And, youll get to try out different sports and fitness activities in fun ways!
Simply form a team of either three or four members (family, friends, colleagues... whoever!), participate in the race and stand to win attractive prizes. Now, lets have a look at whats happing during the event. FYI, theyve only revealed some details so expect plenty of surprises!
ZUMBA WARM-UP
Jennifer Li, fitness star instructor from VIS by VERSUS Fitness, will be leading the Zumba warm-up class in the morning with energy pumping music. Hailing from the island of Mauritius, she is certified in Zumba, Xtend Barre and the JJ Dancer Method. Known in Shanghai as one of the best fitness instructors in dance cardio fitness, Jennifer Li has taught classes for the NIKE super workshop in Shanghai, Lululemon, W Hotel, Titina, Sportopia and so on.

CARNIVAL KIT
Youll be given a goodie bag, a race map, race tags and t-shirts at sign in.
The mission for the day is simply to collect 12 lapel pins as fast as possible by completing sports and fitness games across four venues (all within walking distance).
On the day itself, organizers will be giving out clues on the whereabouts of the Roving Penguin. Answer the Penguins question to receive a fast pass lapel pin that will enable you to skip up to three stations!
PRIZES
Fabulous hampers containing prizes such as adidas basketballs, soccer balls, bags, digital ear thermometers, first aid kits, chia seeds, body mapping classes, buffet meals, cash vouchers and more. Sponsors include Active Kidz Shanghai, HSBC, DeltaHealth, Sunray Clinic, Golden Tulip, VIS by VERSUS Fitness, Epermarket and Sherpas. Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 teams.
