New permanent residency service center opens soon!

In order to further optimize the reception conditions for foreigners' permanent residency services, the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Shanghai will officially open a permanent residency service center for foreigners!

The relevant points of the announcement are as follows:

1. Opening Date

 September 16, 2019

2. Address

• Building 8-9, Lane 36, Xuelin Road, Pudong New District (near Huanke Rd, Metro Line 13, Xuelin Road station)

  
  

• The old permanent residency window for foreigners on the 3rd floor of No.1500 Minsheng Road will no longer be in use starting September 16, 2019

  
  

• All exit-entry administration halls of the Shanghai public security can assist with foreigners permanent residency registration

3. Services

• Visa extension

• Application, consulting, certification, and alteration of permanent residence permit
  

4. Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00
