Empathize with user needs, desires, and behaviors to conceptualize meaningful experiences Create aspects of physical and psychological interfaces between users and products Develop innovations and style while working within systems and architecture strategies Lead the selection, promotion, and storytelling of winning design concepts that are delivered to the market Communication with in/out side team to dive the design direction to meet the brand design strategy goal
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design 6 + years of industrial design experience 3 + years of leading consumer electronics products design from conceptual to production in a corporate or consultant environment Strong insight in design trend, user research, Strong analysis skills and problem-solving skill to transfer findings into compelling designs, stories and presentations Strong expertise in sketching, 2D design, 3D molding, rendering to provides highest quality level creative solutions/deliverables that achieve or exceed the projects goal Excellent communication skills in English: visual, verbal and written; Chinese communication skill is a plus Works collaboratively with cross functional teams and outside design resource to achieve cross-industry design thinking and approach Deep understanding of different materials, manufacturing processes and industry standards Ability to travel internationally
