At about 8:00AM on November 19, a traffic accident happened at Xiangmei intersection, Futian District, Shenzhen, where a foreign man riding a bicycle collided with a Ford Mustang and was injured.

It also caused partial damage to both the car and the bicycle.

According to one of the witnesses, the foreign man collided with a Mustang when crossing Xiangmei road to the island in the middle.

The witness recalled, "The man was hit far away, more than one meter."

It was understood that the man was running a red light. After the incident, the injured man was sent to Futian Hospital of TCM, with a possible fractured elbow.

Later, the traffic police determined that Tom, the injured, was mainly responsible for the accident as he broke the traffic rule by running a red light; the Mustang driver took secondary responsibility for not ensuring the road was safe when passing through the light.
